The company was established in December 2003 under the name of TBI Leasing, while as NBG Leasing doo began operating in March 2007, with headquarters in Belgrade, expanding the range of services offered by NBG Group to the Serbian market for legal entities and individuals. Position of NBG Leasing in the market continuously improved, taking into account the needs and specificities of local ways of doing business, and using the experience of business surroundings.
Through financial leasing we are financing equipment, passenger and commercial vehicles, boats, agricultural equipment and machinery, for all interested groups of clients.

In December 2017, OTP Bank a.d. Novi Sad acquired 100% of the shares of NBG Leasing and changed the name of the  company into OTP Leasing d.o.o.
