As of December 1st 2017, OTP bank Serbia a.d. Novi Sad (hereinafter: OTP Bank Serbia), member of the OTP Group has takeover 100% of shares of Vojvođanska bank a.d. Novi Sad (hereinafter: Vojvođanska bank) and NBG Leasing d.o.o. This event represents beginning of the creation of strong banking institution offering wide palette improved financial products and services.
OTP Group offers universal, high quality financial services for almost 14,5 million clients in 9 countries through the network of round 1400 branches, ATM network and most modern electronic channels. OTP Bank Plc. (mother bank of OTP Group) is largest and strongest financial institution in Hungary and dominant regional player on the Central and Eastern European market.
After integration OTP Bank Serbia and Vojvođanska bank, integrated bank will be the 7th in Serbia on a merit of size of the asset and number of the branches so that it will have more than 5% of total financial market, while in leasing it will continue with successful growth and products development.
Having in mind that by the takeover of the leasing grantor NBG Leasing d.o.o. OTP Group has decided to change the name of the company, we have performed all necessary actions of registration of new name which is now officially OTP Leasing d.o.o. Accordingly, we have changed e-mail addresses so that you can send us e-mails on addresses @otpleasing.rs with a reference that we will receive e-mails on address @otpleasing.rs until 31st of March 2018.
